Kananaskis Valley

EAP is almost over ---

Today Martin, his brother, Felicio and me got a nice trip to Kananaskis Valley.

The mountain was really high for me. When i was in China, there were not so many mountains like this one. Becuase of the snow last week, it was icy and muddy all the way on the mountain. So it made harder for climbing. i tried to keep my shoes clean at the beginning, but after a short time, they were dirty. And also Martin brought his cute dog-pico with us. i really like pico. He was cute, fun and energetic. This young boy was runnning all the time without stop. It was interesting to find that he reallt loved sticks rocks and snowballs. Wow, actually, it should be called iceball. We sometimes made iceballs and thow them to pico, he could always catch them and then drink them. It was funny. When it was almost near the top, the path became worse. Sometimes, we need hands to climb. But with the help of those nice guys, we made it finally. The view on the top was amazing, so it made the effort before with it. We took photos there and had lunch. However, it was really much harder to go down than to climb up. it was slippery and much muddy. I still don't know how i can survive, it was like a dream. When we got to the bottom, all of us were tired. We were sleeping on the way back, so did cute pico.

It was fun to go climbing the mountain, though after geting home, i need to get all the stuff washed.

``club night``

A crazy night, this Friday. Exciting, happy and amazing club night~~
Together with Fan, sharon, Ivy, John and Felix, Yao`` we go to drink in Den. It closed so early at about 11p.m.,so we decided to have much more fun. Going to the nightclub...
This should be my second time to nightclub here. This time, it is super much better that last one. Amazing music, amazing poeple.
So many people dancing there, sexy and hot. We danced and enjoyed ourselves in the music.
It was super hot inside the club, sometimes I was a little out of breath. But, nobody care about that so much, the music pushed us into another world.
There was a couple kept dancing near us, hahaha~~~ Fan and i thought the guy looks super ``like Murray. He danced with everyone of us. Oh, my~~he was full of energy, it was a little hard to follow him when dancing with him. Also sharon found that like me.
Until all of us became exhausted and all wet, we thought it was time to go back. and it was already about 3.a.m.
We said bye``to the couple and went out. It was snowing and a little cold. We called the cab and Fan and me took all the friends to our big house.
I don't no how we get to the house, just like a dream. Sharon and Felix worked the next moring, so they slept first. Fan and I sit in my room and started to work with our laptop.
i don't no when i fell sleep, just when i woke up, it was already 2p.m. Everybody had left.....
Till now, I still feel a little pain in my legs. But who cares``we got cazy and unforgetable club night ,that is enough~~~

Moonlight~~

Last week i spent most of my time watching this drama---moonlight. It was fantastic and i really enjoyed it. It is about humans and vampires, some people perhaps think that it is a little voilent, but actually it's definitely not. Men r not always nice, and vampires r not always evil, even if they drink blood( To be honest, it is a little sick to watch them drink blood).

Well, acturally i don't like the man in the picture, even though he is a nice vampire and always help poeple to stop other evil vampires killing human. There is another vampire I loved, he is good looking, sexy, sensible, and alos a little evil. He is not as nice as this guy, but something just attracted me, i don't know how to express about it.

What made this drama attractive i think should be its polt, it is always out of your expectation but also fair and reasonable. Now it just got season 1, and i am looking fowatds to the next season.

**night club**

This Tuesday, I spent a good night in a nightclub~~~
There were a party there, and i got my ticket from student center in university. It was just 8 dollars.
Acutally, i have been to bar and pub for many times, but not club. It is a little risky for me. But i really want to go, i reallt want to expeirience how it can be in nightclub.
The ticket said the party begins at 9pm. But according to Murray's words, native poeple always come late, nobody wants to the first to show up. So we arrived there about 10:30. While, i think perhaps it was still a little early, there were not so many people there when we arrived.
We chose a seat and looked around, wow~~most people were wearng in white, as it shines under the special light. And stared at myself, haha~~~black, not shining enough.
We orderd drinks, but it was sucks. So i dropped it in the middle.
After a little while, more poeple were coming , and began to dance crazily.
We joined them and enjoyed ourselves, to be honest, i don't no how to dance, but just be myself is ok. We were dancing until almost 1a.m. Amazingly that we saw our EAP friend---Felicio there.hoho~~~Small world, right?
After the party, i was so tired. Tell the truth, it was just ok for me. The music is ok, but not so many people, so i was a little dissipointed, actually. Anyway, i enjoyed it and had a nice time.

sell flowers on valentine's day......

When I was in China, my only working experience was selling flowers on valentine's day for twice.
Several good friends got together and came out with an amazing idea: why not sell flowers on valentine's day? it can be interesting!! Just after a short time, we started our first "career"
We were seperated in different areas because none of us wanted to compete with each other. Maybe our flowers looked more pretty and fresh, we got a lot of customers. Staring at the lovely money I got, my heart was almost flying to the blue sky, for it was the first time I could earn money myself.
All of us got good news, all the flowers were sold out, and we got almost 1500 yuan. How exciting!!!
After a short discussion, we decided to have a big dinner with this large amount of money. We chose a fantastic restaurant and steped into it with happy faces. We ordered a lot of dishes and had a great dinner.
However, when the waiter brought the bill in front us, we were a little shocked and then burst into laughter. The dishes we ordered were out of the money we got, so everyone added some and finally we paid the bill.
Before selling the flowers, we just wanted to earn some pocket money, but in the end, we put some extra money from our pockets, it is funny . But we all enjoyed it, I think we were a good seller, especially in selling flowers:-)

our first hot pot~~

Actually, today is a festival in my country, it is called the festival of lanterns. Whenever this specail day comes, it is common to eat rice glue ball. It is a kind of sweet food, some people like it, but not for me^-^.
Instead eating rice glue ball, Fan and me chose to celebrate the holiday by having a fantastic dinner: hot pot. It is in China town.
When we got there, just a sweet couple was there. So we chose a seat close to the food( we both a little lazy...haha). We found that there are many kinds of food, seafood, vegetables, noodles etc. What attracted me was that there was a note said that: wasting food, 10 dollars/person. So that means we should be careful and sure about how much we can handle. The beef there is really good, and also some seafood like shrimp, squid. We enjoyed our dinner so much, even though the one in my hometown tastes much better than here. But you see, I'm just a kind of person easily to get satisfied. And this is alsi the first chaffy dish I have since I came here. I think it is also why I feel good about it. But to be honest, I really miss the food in my hometown, you cannot imagine how fantastic it tastes.
Anyway, I had a great meal and night, I appreciate about it!!

somebody should take responsibility for our listening test

Our mid-term tests have already finished, and reading week starts. But I am not happy as I thought before. My listening test was not good.
Because someone's cell phone kept ringing for a long time during our test, I couldn't hear what the tape said, so I missed a lot important information. I don't know whether it had affected all the students in our class, but for me, I felt terrible about that. We just had one chance to listen to the tape, no second time.
I think somebody should take the responsibility for this. We all know that it was our mid-term test, not a qiuz, so why this kind of thing happened, and just happened in our listening test?!I was angry about it. It is not fair for us.
What made me mad was that, ok, you made a mistake, affected our important test, so at least after the test,you should say sorry to the class. Even though this won't change anything, you should have an attitude to your mistake. But, she just seemed like nothing had happened, and it was none of her business. So did she feel ashamed of what she did to class?!
Actually I don't know how to say about it. I think if she feels a little little litte ashamed to our classmates, she should at least say sorry to us.

~~Dream~~

Mentioning dreams, I think all of us will have sth to say about it. It is obvious that dreams play an important part in our daily life and it can affect our life sometimes.
When I was still a child, I used to wake up during nightmares. I still remember a horrible nightmare I have experienced.
The dream is about my friend and I. It was a dark night, my friend and I walked home after playing in the hill for almost one day. When we walked in the path beside the hill, I just felt that someone was following us, and actually there was. But my friend did not notice that. So I told her in her ear : someone was following us, don't turn your head back, keep walking. In order to make sure whether he is following us, I just speed up, unfortunately, he speed up also. So I realized that it was not good. I said to my friend: Let's run!!!! When we ran, the man started to run also. during that way, I saw a store and a man in it.When we arrived home safely, I was almost out of my breath. The next, when I read the newpaper, I was shocked by one article that the man we saw last night in the stored died.At that moment, the only thing I could feel was terror. What was worse, when I was on the bus to school, a man suddenly came to me and said some words beside my ear: do you remember me? Then I woke up.
Still now, whenever I thought about it , I can feel the terror in my heart. Really a horrible dream!!!

**explorer**

I know that my editing is a little late^-^, because I focused on my group presentation during the weekend, I could not spare any time on this.
Actually, I don't have enongh knowledge about explorers, so just write what I can think of now.
When I was a little child, I really respected explorers and thought they are the smartest people in the world. Most of people want to be explorers because it is a good chance to show our intelligence. I wanted to be a great explorer because of the exitement it brings. I lived with my grandparents and made a lot of friends there at that time. Most of us liked doing something filled with risk and danger. For example, there was a path in the mountain near our home, but we felt bored of repeating this way all the time. So we decided to explore some other ways. During the exploring, to be honest, it was a hard time. But nobody gave up, which made us feel comfortable. When the new fantastic way appeared in front us, the only thing we could feel is satisfaction. We steped into the new path and began our "trip" with happiness. Perhaps it is not an exat exploring, however, we got a lot from the process.
Anyway, we should have this kind of spirit in our life, even though not all the people can become explorers, we can still explore our own space of life.

editing: yes?no?

About editing in our blogs, it's ok for me~~
Sometimes, we need to write down a few words in order to remind ourselves that something happened before. I did not used to write blog when I was in China, I'm a lazy girl :). But here I think we really should have our blogs to remember the good experience here.
I feel great whenever I receive some wonderful comments in my blog, even though this communication is a little slow, but it still works for me(*^_^*).
But, what I cannot agree a lot is that I think the topic in the blog should be more flexible and interesting, so that our friends can enjoy their reading and feel our words. And also, it is better for us to choose the topics we feel comfortable to write. It can be a movie, a fantastic game, and also some other things related to our daily life. Because blog is a place where people can get relaxed, but not a kind of homework. Our friends can know some details about our life through reading the blog. Sometimes, the topic given is a little bit formal,which makes me feel like it is a homework, but not for MY blog. If we can choose the topic we like, it is easier for us to write our real feeling, and for our friends, it can also be easier for them to finish their reading without falling asleep in the middle.
So what I want to say is that keeping editing blogs is really good, but what about topics?
